Ballito Estates (Pty) Ltd who are proficient in the management of Sectional Title and Home Owner Associations have been specialising in managing sectional title schemes and homeowners associations in KZN for over 30 years. The company whose head office is in Ballito also has a satellite office in Sunningdale and manages over 230 schemes which are spread through the areas from Durban, Sunningdale, Umdloti, La Mercy Village, Westbrook, Ballito, Chaka's Rock, Blythedale, Zinkwazi, Mandini & St Lucia. Sitting at the helm is the Managing Director of Ballito Estates, Advocate Mrs Barbara Shingler. Barbara who is well-known in the industry currently serves on the Board of the National Association of Managing Agents (NAMA) as an Honorary Member. Barbara was also involved with the Community Scheme Ombud Service (CSOS) where she served as an arbitrator. The Ballito Estates team comprises 9 portfolio managers and their personal assistants, a finance team comprising 11 bookkeepers, an insurance department and a debt control department.
