Infinite Property Management ("IPM") is well known in the market for providing a complete management solution to sectional title and shareblock schemes and home owners associations and is backed up by a strong financial services division with over 20 years' experience in the industry.

The directors each had their own property management companies which were merged in 2008 with Gate Properties and this re-structuring culminated in the birth of IPM.

The directors of IPM have an in-depth knowledge of the industry, each bringing their individual complimentary professional skills to the table. This, coupled with the experience of our management team, staff and the latest technology provides a strong platform for success.

The team's knowledge of sectional title legislation as well as their practical, hand-on management style ensures continued success in Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal. IPM has plans to make in-roads into the Western Cape in the near future.
