Michleigh Property Managers CC (MPM) was established in 1996 by Mike Maidment and Leigh Connell, both of whom are widely experienced in all aspects of property, and specifically sectional title, management. Latterly we were joined in the business by our respective daughters, Julie Ronald and Kathryn Hasselmann, thereby enabling us to expand our selected client base, without losing our personal touch with our clients. Our main function is the administration of property owned by sectional title, both in the commercial and the residential markets, and our stated intention has always been to remain small enough to have a close working relationship with our individual clients.
