SPRING PROPERTY MANAGEMENT is the brainchild of Judy Stephen and Karyn Weber who, between them, have over 45 years experience in the property industry and have been involved in property management for the past 25 years. Both partners have been managing Bodies Corporate and Home Owners Associations, for Commercial, Industrial and Residential properties. Judy and Karyn saw a need for a medium sized Managing Agency who could focus specifically on the specialised needs of commercial clients. The company commenced on 1 August 2015 and expanded again on 1 October 2016 with a staff of 8, each personally taught in their respective fields by Judy and Karyn. The company has offices in Riverhorse Valley and in Hillcrest KZN but manages properties nationwide. The company is registered with the Estate Agents Affairs Board and has up to date Fidelity Fund Certificates; with the National Association of Managing Agents; with the Financial Intelligence Centre and carries Fidelity Insurance with CIA.
