Elizabeth Meyer founded VPM in 2006 under the original name Vancesony Property Brokers CC. With over 14 years in practical property sales and rental experience, Elizabeth first started offering building management and administrative services in 2003 when she identified an opportunity for more client-focused service delivery within the industry. Due to an ever-growing management portfolio, Elizabeth was joined by her daughter and business partner, Frances Philpot in July of 2012. Frances has practiced as an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa in litigation and civil matters across the board, since 2009 and also has practical experience in business operations and HR over and above her experience as a managing agent at VPM. Elizabeth also holds the EAAB compliance fidelity certificates for both the company and principal and EAAB Principal Professional Designation Exemption and is a registered member of the National Association of Managing Agents, having completed the Sectional Title Scheme Management Certificate (STSM) through UCT and SETA NQF 5. She and Frances regularly attend seminars and workshops pertaining to the rapidly changing application of laws governing the Sectional Titles Management Act 8 of 2011. Through VPM, Frances and Elizabeth are able to offer the Client a fully integrated and professional skills service in property management, administration and legal service.
