Silkon Properties was formed in the heart of Sandton, in 1995. Silkon Property Management division emerged out of the sheer demand for a professional property management service. Our friendly but efficient hands on approach soon developed into a company policy that was specifically designed and developed to critically analyze, single out and correct the inherent problems found within the property management sector. Our policy was developed and adapted to truly understand and properly service the building, property or complex on hand. Our initial take on procedures include onsite investigations and setup criteria are not taken lightly. We typically spend many hours and unlimited meetings with trustees, directors and home owners in order to establish the core underlining issues that are prevalent. Our solutions are somewhat simplified but emphasis is based on inducing sound and proper basic functionality within the realms of your complex. Our hand on approach has been the gateway to success and has proven very effective in producing outstanding results within the properties we manage.
