We undertake both Managing Agent functions and Executive Managing Agent functions, We have been in operation for nineteen years and are registered with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority, the National Association of Managing Agents, the Institute of Estate Agents in South Africa and the Real Estate Business Owners of South Africa. We hold a diploma from the University of Cape Town in Sectional Title Scheme Management. We serve as an Executive Managing Agent on the panel of the Community Schemes Ombud Service.
