Status-Mark Mossel Bay is an owner-managed business and has been operating in Mossel Bay since 1988. We, Willem (Bsc QS) and Antoinette Prinsloo became the owners in July 1993. We have dedicated our expertise, and that of our Portfolio Managers, to specialise in the management and administration of Sectional Title Schemes, Home Owner's Associations, Golf and Eco Estates. We currently manage various developments and Community Schemes across the Southern Cape. We have a well-established office, fully computerized, including well-trained staff and excellent management and computer systems. Status-Mark also has a substantial rental portfolio but our main business is the administration and management of community schemes. Status-Mark is a member of NAMA (National Association of Managing Agents). We are also registered with the EAAB (Estate Agents Affairs Board) and is in possession of a Fidelity Fund Certificate. We constantly attend courses and seminars on any new updates, changes, and amendments to the South African Property Laws, especially those pertaining to community living. We pride ourselves in the efficiency of our service, the quality of our personnel, and meeting our client's needs. Our focus is on providing a management service that will contribute towards the preservation and enhancement of the value of our client's assets. We are able to do this by responding quickly to requests from Trustees or Directors and by implementing sound financial administration and control. Once this is achieved, on-site challenges may easily be solved with proactive management.
