Verna Kirk Properties cc was established in 2007 and has since grown into a well-respected property management company.  The business owner, Verna Kirk, was in the employ of Victoria & Alfred Waterfront (Pty) Ltd as a Senior Property Manager, and was appointed to mange its prestiguous residential portfolio at it's inception in 2001.  As the Marina Development reached critical mass, the owners recognised the need for a sectional title Managing Agent who was independent from the Developer being Victoria & Alfred Waterfron Marina (Pty) Ltd.  Verna Kirk was then requested by Owners at the Marina to establish an independent company to oversee the financial, administrative and management aspects of their property portfolio.  Many of these contracts are still held by Verna Kirk Properties.

Verna Kirk has 30 years experience in the property management industry and holds all the relevant qualifications and certificates to support her experience.  These include the National Association of Managing Agents (NAMA), the Institute of Estate Agents of SA (IEASA), the Estate Agency Affairs Board (EAAB) and a NQF 5 in Real Estate.
