Founded in 1981, JPS Trust is a leading manager and letting agent of Sectional Title and Home Owner Association (HOA) properties. After developing the very first Sectional Title Property in Stellenbosch in 1981, we saw the need for student housing and started to provide a retail and commercial property management and letting service to the market. We currently manage approximately 170 Sectional Title Schemes and Home Owners Associations from Knysna, Hermanus and the Helderberg basin to Cape Town to Stellenbosch, Paarl, Wellington and Franschhoek and Kathu in Northern Cape. Our rental department has more than 30 years experience in letting to the student market.
