RPA was formed in 1995 as an in-house property management department for Rabie Property Group and in 1998, Rabie Property Administrators was formed, who started accepting properties owned by external funds. At the beginning of 2019, a stand-alone separate entity, RPA was established as we continue to grow our portfolio and team. We manage a property portfolio of R7-billion, which includes sectional title properties as well as portfolios held by property funds located in Cape Town and Western Cape. The property portfolio under our management ranges from office parks to shopping centers and hotels. Our expertise includes the management of retail, commercial and mixed-use properties, encompassing all elements of property management which includes administration, facilities management, and all financial aspects.
