Labuschaigne Management Services (LMS) was established with the express purpose of managing Sectional Title complexes and Home Owners Associations. We have been operating from our offices in Durbanville for the past 24 years. We are technically equipped to attend to the administration of Sectional Title complexes and Home Owners Associations including the preparation of budgets, the handling of accounts, reporting to the Trustee committee on the budgeted and actual results achieved, and on debtor's balances. We use Pastel accounting software to process all the transactions of our clients, and strict internal and quality control procedures are in place. Our staff turnover is very low and our Portfolio Managers have between 7 - 21 years experience in Sectional Title and Home Owners Association administration. The firm is registered with the Estate Agency Board and is in possession of a Fidelity Fund Certificate. The Business Principal of the firm is a registered member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA), and is in possession of the degrees; B.ACC (University of Stellenbosch) and B.Compt (Hons) (UNISA).
